TiresShipped2You offers a 30 day return policy

  • Tire(s) must not have been mounted on wheels. Only unmounted tires can be returned/exchanged.
  • Tire(s) must be in brand new condition and undamaged.
  • Must request within 30 calendar days of the order delivery date.
  • All sales are final on the 31st calendar day after the order delivery date.
  • Buyer pays shipping cost back to our warehouse
  • Product will be returned for a full refund with no restocking fees

Because of our volume our shipping teams work 24 hours a day so we can not promise any cancellations after our standard office hours. Standard office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Contact our customer service team as quickly as possible for the best possibility of catching the order before it ships.

If a delivery is refused we will deduct the shipping cost to and from your location from refund amount.

If an address change is requested after the item has shipped there will be a $15 per package fee from FedEx that will be charged to the customer before the change can be made. We can't guarantee an address change.

Once the return is approved we will contact you with an invoice for the return shipping using our account to make the process to most cost effect that we can.
